- SDS-PAGE Gel Preparation Kit contains various reagents for SDS-PAGE Gel Preparation, end user just need to prepare the experimental instruments and double distilled water separately. It can be used for preparing SDS-PAGE gel and native PAGE gel. This Kit is enough for preparing 30-50 pieces of PAGE gel with normal size.
Components Size Storage Instruction 30% Acr-Bis (29:1) 100 ml 4℃ in dark 1.5 M Tris-HCl, pH8.8 100 ml 4℃ 10% SDS 5 ml 4℃ Ammonium persulfate 0.5 g Store at 4℃. Before use, prepare to 10% AP solution with double distilled water, then, aliquot and store at -20℃ for 6 months. TEMED 0.5 ml 4℃ in dark 1.0 M Tris-HCl, pH6.8 15 ml 4℃
